This form can be used to assist you in making a complaint about parking violations and abandoned vehicles. Only complaints that include a VALID PHONE NUMBER will be addressed, and a return response will be made, if requested. Your contact information will be kept confidential.

***PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING!*** All complaints submitted through this online system and through our abandoned vehicle hotline (510-790-6775) are generally checked every 24 to 48 hours. Due to the high volume of complaints, it can take up to 21 days to respond to the complaint vehicle--please, when submitting an 'abandoned vehicle' complaint, wait until the vehicle has been parked at least one full week. Important: DO NOT SUBMIT A 2ND COMPLAINT on the same vehicle within the same 30 day period.

Current traffic hazards, including speeding vehicles, illegal turns and reckless driving, should be reported to Dispatch as they occur, by calling 9-1-1 or through our non-emergency line at 510-790-6800, option 3.

Please include your contact information, including a VALID PHONE NUMBER, so that we can reach you should we have any questions or need further information. ANONYMOUS COMPLAINTS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED.
